How long does each ritual take?

What's the difference between the Single Kit and the 12-Week Program?
The Single Kit gives you 8–10 guided rituals focused on Emotional Resilience. The 12-Week Program sends you a new ritual pouch every 3–4 weeks, each with a different emotional focus.
